Follow these aftercare instructions carefully for beautifully healed tattoos:
Leave bandage on overnight to let the tattoo bleed out
Wash gently with warm water and antibacterial soap the next morning
Pat dry with a clean towel and apply unscented lotion to moisturize
Wash and moisturize twice a day, or as needed until tattoo is fully healed
The tattoo will peel and scab during the healing process. Avoid picking, scratching, and scrubbing your tattoo as this might lead to pigment loss and infection.
Avoid direct sunlight, as well as soaking your tattoo (swimming pools, hot tubs, beaches, baths) until fully healed within 2-3 weeks.
Please reach out by email if there are any questions or concerns
*If using Saniderm (helpful for tricky areas)*
Leave bandage on overnight to let the tattoo bleed out
Wash gently with warm water and antibacterial soap the next morning
Pat area dry and place saniderm on and around the tattoo (layering if needed)
Keep saniderm on for 5 days for easy healing and continue to lightly moisturize afterwards until fully healed
Change Saniderm only up to once if needed due to peeling or leaking of the Saniderm
If your fresh tattoos tend to bleed more heavily in the beginning, start Saniderm on the third day instead of the second to let it bleed out further. Keep the tattoo wrapped in either fresh bandages or plastic wrap meanwhile on the second day.
